Find out what is broken, why the numbers don’t match and what to fix first.

You may need to find out why the numbers don’t match, fix a setup the business has outgrown, or get help with the next problem. I do the work alongside your team and leave it documented.
Ways to work together
Start with what is wrong. We can diagnose it first, agree a build, set up useful account follow-up, or work through problems as they come up.
Free, 30 minutes. Bring one report, record or task that is causing trouble.

See ongoing supportDiagnose first
I review the agreed part of your HubSpot setup with the people who use it. You get a ranked list of what is broken, why it happens and which fixes matter most. Where the numbers disagree, I trace the report back to the records and rules behind it.
The audit has a fixed price agreed before we start. Your setup stays unchanged while I investigate. You see the findings and recommended fixes before deciding what happens next.
If you are considering an AI agent
A focused audit can test the records, rules and access behind the job you want an agent to do. You get the gaps to fix and a recommendation on whether to proceed.
Read-only. Fixed fee agreed before starting.

I fix the problems we agree to address, using the audit findings or an agreed diagnosis. The setup follows how your business actually works. We check it with your team, then finish with clear documentation and live training for the people who will run it.
| Build scope | USD / project | What the work covers |
|---|---|---|
| Small | $7,500 | One problem in one system, with one person on your team responsible for decisions. |
| Standard | $15,000 | One process across two systems, or one agreed connection, custom screen or change to how records are organized. |
| Complex | From $25,000 | Work across several systems, from quoting to payment, or repairs after a move between systems. Delivered in agreed stages. |
If the cause is already known, we can agree a fixed-price repair with checks and documentation. This is scheduled work.
The fee covers the agreed work, testing, documentation and training. Prices are in USD. Your proposal lists software, hosting and any other outside costs separately.

An expert you can call on
You have direct access to me for one agreed problem at a time. I find the cause, make the fix and document what changed so your team knows how to keep it working.
From $7,500 USD / month
We choose the next problem together. I do the work and check it with the person who uses the result.
We agree availability, response times and how much work fits each month before starting. This is scheduled support; any urgent coverage needs an explicit agreement.
When your team only needs advice
$450 USD / session
A 60-minute session, up to 30 minutes of preparation and follow-up, and written next steps.
Working-session details$2,500 USD / month
One 60-minute session each week, plus up to two hours a month for preparation, written decisions and questions.
Advisory arrangementsYour team makes the changes. Between-session questions receive a response within two business days; fixing a problem may take longer. We agree deeper investigation or hands-on work separately.
Keep the approved price, dates, work and billing instructions together when a customer changes the order.
I trace what it does and why, then fix the part your team needs to rely on.
I check what the number means and where it comes from before recommending a dashboard change.
Before a build, we write down the problem, the price, what is included and the checks the result must pass. You see the proposed fix before I change the setup.
Show me how the work happens, including the awkward cases.
We trace the problem through real records and talk to the people handling it.
Decide what needs to change and what a correct result looks like.
Write down the work, the price and the checks.
I build the agreed fix in HubSpot and any connected tools.
We test ordinary work and the exceptions that matter.
The people doing the work try it with me.
You get live training and clear instructions for running and maintaining the setup.
Confirm what works, what remains and who handles future changes.
Further improvements are a separate choice.
For example, a billing fix may need to produce one correctly priced invoice and avoid creating another when the same job is sent again. We agree the checks for your work and review the results together.
We agree a realistic delivery date after reviewing the scope and access.
The work ends with the agreed fix checked, documented and handed over through live training. Your team should be able to run it.
Who you work with
I diagnose the problem, recommend the fix, build it and check the result. You can ask me about the work directly. No account manager sits between us.
Access to the relevant records, someone who can make decisions, and time with the people doing the work. We agree that time before starting.
The agreed setup, documentation and live training to run it. Your proposal also explains access to code, software licenses and who handles maintenance.
I ask how your team sells, delivers and bills, then check where HubSpot stops matching that work. If a simpler change will do the job, I’ll say so.
If the work needs another specialist, we agree their role and fee before they join. You still know exactly what I am responsible for.
Your proposal explains the problem, recommended work, fee, timing, responsibilities and how we will check the result. It also covers documentation, training and support. I can walk the approver through it with you.
Bring one ordinary record and one that keeps causing trouble.
This works best when someone on your team can make decisions and take over the setup. Tell me early if you need urgent or round-the-clock support so we can check whether the arrangement fits.
Bring one problem and why it matters now. We’ll talk through it and decide what needs a closer look.
Free, 30 minutes. Bring one example. No technical brief needed.
