This site is deliberately simple about your data: it collects almost none. There are no forms, no account system, no advertising trackers, and the site itself sets no marketing cookies. Reading anything here requires giving me nothing.

If you book a conversation, scheduling runs through Calendly, which collects the name, email address, and meeting details you choose to provide, under Calendly's own privacy policy. If you email me directly, your message lives in my email (Google Workspace) and is used only to reply to you and carry on the conversation you started — no sequences, no list, nothing automated follows.

Calls I host are typically transcribed so I can share the notes back to you — that's stated up front, and the transcript is shared with you as part of the free conversation. Recordings and transcripts are used for the work with you, not for marketing.

The site is hosted on Vercel, which produces standard technical logs (IP address, request path, user agent) for operating and securing the service. I don't combine those logs with any other data or use them to identify visitors.

I never sell or share your information with third parties for their marketing. If you want anything I hold about you corrected or deleted, email ryan@unifiedsupportsolutions.com and I'll handle it directly — you'll get a straight answer from the person who actually holds the data.
