Services
Every engagement is fixed-fee, scoped from your actual situation.
No hourly billing, ever — you're buying outcomes and judgment, not time. Every engagement is a fixed fee, priced after scoping, because your contract book and your systems aren't the same as anyone else's.
The conversation
Free — 30 minutes
I read your situation and tell you straight what I see. It's transcribed and shared back to you, so you keep a real read on where you stand and what I'd do first, whether or not we work together.
You leave with: A written read on where you stand.
The Operations Diagnostic
Fixed fee · two to three weeks
When the problem isn't contracts — it's that nobody can quite say how the business actually runs — this is the front door. I read your real systems, not your org chart: every finding ships with the query that produced it, and a zero gets tested against something known to exist before I believe it. The deliverable is built to be useful whether you hire me next or do it yourselves — the most recent one showed a company that nearly half of a 200,000-record database couldn't answer their central question, and exactly where the answer was stranded.
You leave with: A current-state assessment, a future-state model, and a scoped, priced path — yours either way.
The Handoff Audit
Fixed fee · two weeks
Two weeks inside your deal-to-cash handoff. I follow one real closed deal from signature to first paid invoice, from both ends — what Sales thinks happens, what Finance actually does, and what a fix would take. If your handoff turns out to be fine, that's the finding — I'll say so.
You leave with: The findings memo, yours to keep either way.
The Contracts Migration Sprint
Fixed fee, priced after scoping
Your historical contracts moved into HubSpot's contract object — on a runbook built from doing a ~400-contract production migration, where the import fails in rounds and the official guide is wrong in two places I can name. The traps are known before we start, which is what you're paying for.
You leave with: Your contract book live in HubSpot, verified record by record.
The Self-Service Contract Portal
Fixed fee, priced after scoping
Your customers change their own contracts: they log in, see what they have, adjust quantities with the prorated result shown before they commit, and sign. The change applies to the contract of record, a new order captures the delta, and the old invoice retires itself. I've built this and watched it run end to end — a customer adjusted a live contract, signed, and every record updated with no one touching anything.
You leave with: A working portal your team owns, with the handover done.
Contracts live, done with you
Six weeks · priced after the first call
Six weeks of working sessions on your own portal and your real contracts, rather than a course. The architecture decided in week one, the object live by week six, and your own team running it afterward. Full details on the contracts page.
You leave with: Contracts live, the decision memo, and your own AI operating pack.
The team workshop
One day, fixed day rate
A working day with your ops and finance team on your actual contract and billing setup — the migration traps, the mid-contract change mechanics, and who should be allowed to touch what. Built from the same material as the delivery work, taught on your data where we can.
You leave with: Your team knowing the terrain before anything gets built.
For agencies
The builder behind the builders.
A quiet part of my practice is building for other agencies — six of them so far. You keep the relationship and the brand; I take the brief and deliver the build: custom apps, UI extensions, integrations, migrations. Clean briefs in, clean builds out — and if the arrangement calls for it, your client never knows I exist.
If you've sold something your team can't build, that's a normal week for me. Same free conversation, agency edition.
Every one of these starts the same way.
The conversation is free, and it's genuinely where I'd tell you which of these — if any — fits. Most people don't need the portal; some just need the audit's findings memo and their own team.
