When you contact us

The USS inquiry form sends your name, email, optional company and referral details, message and selected inquiry context to the team’s Slack workspace so we can respond and assess the work. If you choose to include a calculator scenario, its assumptions and results travel with your message. Do not include passwords, sensitive personal records or confidential client information.

How you found us

Our site code keeps campaign tags, the landing-page path and referring website’s hostname in your browser’s session storage. It uses this context to understand where inquiries came from and may pass it between these two websites, into booking links or with a submitted inquiry. A calculator draft may also be kept in session storage so you can include it in an inquiry. These are browser-session features, not a requirement to contact us by email.

Booking and service providers

Booking links open Calendly. The details you provide there are used to schedule the conversation. See Calendly’s privacy notice for its handling of information. The websites are hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare; hosting providers may process technical request information to serve and protect the sites. See OpenAI’s privacy policy. Form messages are delivered through Slack. Some page styling requests fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to serve those requests.

Your choices

You can leave optional form fields blank, exclude a calculator scenario, or contact Ryan directly by email. You can clear website data using your browser settings. Contact Ryan to ask about information you have shared, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop following up. If a request affects records needed for an active engagement or other obligations, we will explain that when responding.
