For partners and practitioners

A named specialist
for the part you need delivered.

You know the client and the commitment. Bring me the integration, repair or custom workflow that needs specialist delivery alongside your team.

When to bring me in

A concrete workstream we can own.

An inherited implementation

Understand it before changing it.

Trace a fragile integration or workflow, establish what it does and repair the agreed failure.

A commercial workflow

Connect the records that carry the money.

Quoting, contracts, billing and accounting need business rules that agree across systems.

A specialist interface

Put the task on the record.

A HubSpot extension can bring outside information or an action into the place the client’s team already works.

The working arrangement

A defined build, with the responsibilities written down.

For subcontracted delivery, USS proposes a fixed fee to your agency for an agreed workstream. You remain the prime; we name our lead and the acceptance criteria.

Before either team makes commitments, we agree client contact, scope approval, feedback, rework and handover. We also name who will put the result into use with the client and confirm its business value.

Bring these to the first conversation.

  • The client problem and why it matters now.
  • The specific part you need delivered.
  • The client owner and decision maker.
  • Known systems, constraints and timing.

Start with real work

Expand after delivery proves the fit.

We start with a useful, limited commitment. Further projects or ongoing improvements follow when the delivery, communication and commercial arrangement work for both teams.

Discuss a partner workstream

Let’s talk

What needs to work better?

What have you inherited, or what keeps getting stuck?

Tell me what is happening, what you have already tried and why it matters now. We’ll talk through the result you need and who will own it with us.

A free 30-minute conversation to identify the problem, separate what we know from what needs checking, and agree a useful next step. You’ll receive a written recap, whether or not we work together.

Included when you choose to email me.
