What you are buying

Start with one customer process across sales, operations and finance, and agree a defined improvement with the people responsible. A Foundation Build includes investigation, design, implementation, verification, team practice and handover within the agreed scope. If uncertainty requires a separate Foundation Audit first, we agree and price it explicitly. Focused hourly support, ongoing advice and delivery are also available.

Who is accountable

Ryan leads the investigation, design decisions, delivery and verification through Unified Support Solutions. Any developer or Value-First Team collaborator is named, with their role, before starting. Your team provides a process owner, access, timely decisions and time to test and practice the change.

Offers and starting points

  • Foundation Audit · fixed fee agreed before starting: optional, separately scoped investigation to decide what needs to change.
  • Foundation Build · $7,500 / $15,000 / from $25,000: Small, Standard and Complex scopes, from one system to a phased change across several.
  • One Problem at a Time · from $7,500/month: ongoing implementation. Joint USS + VFT work starts at $10,000/month.
  • Fix · $4,500: a known cause and a bounded correction; scheduled work, not emergency coverage.
  • HubSpot Interest Foundation · $7,500: one portal, one shared buying process and up to three offerings using the same stages and rules.
  • Hourly support · $250/hour: four-hour minimum plus $500 one-time onboarding for new hourly clients. First engagement: $1,500; four hours once onboarded: $1,000. Time covers investigation, work, testing and handover; a finished result is not guaranteed within a time budget.
  • Advice only · $450/session or $2,500/month: your team owns implementation.

The hourly onboarding fee covers initial intake, engagement coordination and arranging access. It is not added to project or advisory prices. The free introduction remains free. All prices are USD. The proposal confirms scope, fees, third-party costs and responsibilities. Compare the full offers and inclusions.

How we establish that it works

We agree acceptance checks before work begins and review them against real records and exceptions. An illustrative check might require one correctly priced invoice and no duplicate on reprocessing. Bring a normal record and a difficult exception to establish feasibility within the agreed scope.

We agree what completion means for your scope: the accepted change, tested cases, team practice, usable guidance and maintenance responsibilities. Continuing improvement or support beyond that scope is agreed separately.

Payment, timing and ownership

Hourly scheduling, payment and unused-time arrangements are confirmed before booking; additional time needs approval. Implementation projects are 50% at signature and 50% on written acceptance after the agreed checks pass. Scope growth is a new decision before extra work begins.

We plan Foundation Build projects around two to six weeks where scope supports it. A first improvement within 30 days can be one usable part of a larger engagement. The proposal states the actual timing and dependencies.

You keep the agreed deliverables, documentation and decision record. Source and configuration rights, third-party licenses, maintenance, defect support and availability are defined in the proposal. Continued work is a separate choice.

The next step

A free introductory conversation to establish fit. Once scope and the information needed to price it are clear, Ryan sends a proposal within one business day, then arranges a twenty-minute walkthrough with the people who approve.
