- A 60-minute working session directly with me, focused on one problem or decision.
- Up to 30 minutes combined for reviewing your materials beforehand and preparing the written follow-up.
- A short record of the recommendation, trade-offs, unresolved checks and next actions.
You or your team own implementation. If the decision needs deeper investigation, I’ll identify that and agree a separate scope before doing additional work. Implementation, substantial code review and launch coverage are scoped separately.

For the person managing continuing changes to a system, we can keep a regular rhythm: work through decisions, review what happened and agree what comes next.
- One 60-minute working session each week.
- Up to two hours combined each month for preparation, written decisions and between-session questions.
- A maintained decision record and prioritized next actions.
- A response to between-session questions within two business days; deeper investigation is scheduled within the agreed time or scoped separately.
A defined monthly commitment.
Paid monthly upfront, with no long initial commitment. We agree scheduling and support arrangements before starting. Implementation and launch coverage need their own scope.
